Functional Capacity

At Urban OT Group, we provide comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments to develop a clear understanding of an individual’s strengths, abilities, challenges, and support needs across everyday life.

Our Occupational Therapists use evidence-based assessment approaches to evaluate cognitive, psychosocial, physical, and functional skills, considering how these factors impact participation at home, in the community, education, employment, and daily activities.

 

We provide detailed reports with clinically justified recommendations that are tailored to each individual’s circumstances, goals, and support requirements. Our aim is to support NDIS planning by identifying strategies, services, and supports that maximise independence, enhance function, and assist individuals to achieve their NDIS goals.
